Using the marketplace
SL Physical Marketplace connects customers with local businesses and service providers in Sierra Leone. Browsing is free. To save listings, contact providers, write reviews or sell, you need an account with a verified, unique WhatsApp number.
Listing rules
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes public. Listings must be truthful, describe a real product or service, use real photos, and include an accurate price and location. We remove listings that are fake, misleading, duplicated, offensive or unlawful, and we may suspend providers who repeatedly break these rules.
Dealing with buyers and sellers
The marketplace is a discovery platform — we are not a party to any sale. Contact happens over WhatsApp and payments or deliveries are arranged between you and the other party. Meet in safe public places, inspect goods before paying, and report anything suspicious with the report button. We are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items listed, or for any transaction between users.
Provider accounts and subscriptions
New verified providers start with a free trial period. After the trial, keeping listings visible requires an active 30-day subscription. When a trial or subscription ends without renewal, listings are paused automatically until payment resumes. Subscription payments are processed by our payment partner and are non-refundable once the period has started.
Reviews and reports
Reviews must describe real experience with the marketplace, without abuse or personal data. Reports of fake or suspicious listings are reviewed by our team, and we may hide content while investigating.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your WhatsApp number active. You can pause, edit or delete your listings at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the marketplace grows. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept it.
