What we collect
When you register we store your name, email address (from your Google account) and your WhatsApp number. Your WhatsApp number is verified and must be unique across the marketplace — it is how customers contact you. If you list a business we also store your business details: business name, description, category, location (region, district, city, address), business hours and any photos you upload.
What is shown publicly
Published listings and business profiles are public. They show your business name, description, location, and your WhatsApp number so buyers can contact you. Your personal email address is never shown publicly — it is used only for account notifications from us.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to operate your account, send you important notifications (listing approvals, trial and subscription reminders, payment confirmations) and to verify providers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google sign-in
The marketplace uses Google sign-in only. We receive your name and email address from Google to create your account. We never post to your Google account or access your files.
Payments
Provider subscription payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details or mobile money PIN — payment confirmations reach us from the payment provider directly.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal details; published listings are removed with it. We may keep minimal records where required by law.
